Heads up! We have scanned the upcoming agenda for Morristown Elementary District (4251). We found 1 items that need your immediate attention before the vote.

NEEDS REVIEW (LEVEL 7)

All Spending & Hiring Hidden in ‘Consent Agenda’

📅 October 11, 2026

The board plans to approve all financial vouchers, new hires, and donations in a single vote without public discussion under ‘Consent Agenda’ items G1, G2, and G3. The documents detailing who is being paid, who is being hired, and what donations are being accepted have not been made public with the agenda, preventing parental review before the vote.

Recommended Action Plan

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link) and email the Governing Board. ‘I demand that all items under Section G, the Consent Agenda, be pulled for separate discussion and a roll-call vote. The public deserves to see the details of all spending, hiring, and donations before they are approved.’

💰 Impact: Lack of Transparency
