INVESTIGATE: The entire Capital Budget proposal (Section 2) is presented with no public details. Email the Board at BOE@mcpsmd.org: ‘Please immediately publish all attachments related to the FY 2028 Capital Budget and FY 2027-2032 CIP. Parents have a right to see the specific projects and funding sources you are discussing before they become entrenched policy.’
