The board will hold a public hearing (Item 5) and then vote (Items 9.a & 9.b) on amending a Chapter 313 tax limitation agreement with CG Leon County LLC. These ‘corporate welfare’ deals give large corporations a decade-long property tax break, forcing homeowners and small businesses to cover the shortfall.
