NEEDS REVIEW (LEVEL 6)
Vague ‘Improvement Plan’ Lacks Public Detail
📅 October 14, 2026
The board is holding a public hearing on its ‘Targeted Improvement Plan’ (TIP) for the entire 2026-2027 school year, but has not published the plan’s contents for parental review. These plans are often used to introduce controversial programs like Social Emotional Learning (SEL), student surveys, or data tracking systems under the guise of ‘improvement’.
Recommended Action Plan

ATTEND THE HEARING & DEMAND DETAILS: The district has not published the ‘2026-2027 Targeted Improvement Plan’ (Item 3) for public review before this hearing. Use the Public Comment time (Item 4) to demand the board publish the full plan online and explain what specific programs, curricula, and student interventions it contains before any action is taken.
