The board is holding a workshop on the ‘State of Talent,’ a corporate term for hiring, retention, and staff development. This vague title could easily hide discussions about implementing DEI quotas in hiring, ‘implicit bias’ training for all teachers, or other ideological initiatives that replace merit with political agendas.
Recommended Action Plan

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: This is a virtual meeting. Email the Board of Education (see the Official Agenda link for contacts): ‘Regarding Workshop Item 1.1, ‘State of Talent,’ please provide the public with all presentation materials prior to the meeting. Parents have a right to know if you are discussing DEI hiring quotas or mandatory ‘implicit bias’ training for teachers.’
