NEEDS REVIEW (LEVEL 7)

Board to Vote on Multiple Undisclosed Financial and Personnel Actions

📅 October 6, 2026

The board is scheduled to approve seven ‘Resolutions’ with extremely vague titles like ‘Sabo Note,’ ‘Johnson LOC,’ and ‘Administrative Office PSA’ under Action Items D1-D7. These titles hide the details of financial agreements and personnel actions, preventing parents from knowing what is being approved before the vote. This practice of voting on undisclosed items undermines transparency and public oversight.

Recommended Action Plan

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: Contact the board and demand that Action Items D1 through D7 be tabled until the full text of each resolution and all supporting financial documents are made public. Contact the board via the district website (see Official Agenda link) and state: ‘I urge you to vote NO on all resolutions under item D until the public has been given adequate time and documentation to understand what you are voting on. Governance requires transparency, not rubber-stamping secret deals.’
