NEEDS REVIEW (LEVEL 6)
Undisclosed ‘Team of 8’ Governance Training
📅 October 6, 2026
The board and superintendent are holding a ‘Team of Eight Training’ with outside consultants, but the agenda provides no details on the training’s content. These sessions can be used to introduce ideological frameworks like ‘governing for equity’ that prioritize agendas over direct parental input and academic focus.
Recommended Action Plan

INVESTIGATE: Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link) and demand the full training materials from presenters Dr. Marcelo Cavazos and Ms. Tiffany O’Neill be posted publicly before the October 6th meeting. Ask: ‘What specific governance framework is being taught, and how does it protect parental rights?’
