NEEDS REVIEW (LEVEL 7)
Secret Policies Discussed Without Public Notice
📅 October 5, 2026
The Policy Committee is scheduled to ‘Discuss Policy for Approval’ without identifying which policies are on the table in the public agenda. This tactic prevents parents from reviewing proposed changes and preparing public comment, effectively shutting them out of the process until it’s too late.
Recommended Action Plan

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: This is a Policy Committee meeting, where new rules are born. Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link) and demand they post the full text of all policies under consideration for Item 3 at least 72 hours before any meeting. ‘Parents cannot provide meaningful input on secret policies. We demand a transparent process.’
