IGA for Special Education Services via Third-Party Vendors

The Board will vote on an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) to place students with emotional disabilities at the Buckeye Learning Center, where services are provided by private vendors ACCEL and The Learn Academy. This contract creates exposure if the vendors’ curriculum, counseling, or data practices infringe on parental rights or other protected liberties.
