ALERT (LEVEL 4)

Investigate ‘Greening Our Schools’ Initiative

📅 2026-09-30

The Greening Schools and Climate Resilience Committee will hear a presentation on the district’s ‘Greening Our Schools’ initiative. Parents need to know if this program focuses on facility upgrades or if it introduces politically-charged climate curriculum that takes time away from core academics.

Recommended Action Plan

INVESTIGATE: The agenda references ‘Committee Report 015-26/27’ for Item 1 but doesn’t include the text. Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link) and demand this report be made public before the meeting so parents can see if ‘Greening Our Schools’ is about buildings or about pushing a political agenda in the classroom.
