Vague ‘Team of 8’ Board Training
📅 October 5, 2026
The board is holding a ‘Team of 8’ training session with an unnamed provider and no public materials. These trainings are often conducted by the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB), an organization that lobbies the Legislature for higher taxes and against parental rights. Taxpayers should know who is training their elected officials and what they are being taught.
Response

DEMAND THE DETAILS: Contact the Snook ISD administration to ask who is conducting the ‘Team of 8’ training for Item 2.A and request that all training materials be posted publicly. ‘Taxpayers have a right to know who is influencing our elected board members and what they are being taught on our dime.’
