The Teaching & Learning Committee is receiving an update on the ‘Educator Evaluation & Support Plan.’ These plans are often used to force ideological frameworks like DEI, ‘anti-racism,’ or SEL into the classroom by making them a required part of a teacher’s performance review.
Recommended Action Plan

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: The full text of the ‘Educator Evaluation & Support Plan’ must be made public before the meeting. Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link) and email the Board: ‘Regarding Item 1.01 on the Teaching & Learning Committee agenda, we demand the full text of the Educator Evaluation & Support Plan be posted publicly immediately. Parents have a right to know the ideological frameworks you are using to evaluate our children’s teachers.’
