NEEDS REVIEW (LEVEL 7)
No-Agenda ‘Special Meeting’ Limits Public Oversight
📅 September 30, 2026
The district has scheduled a ‘special meeting’ between the Board and Superintendent but has not published any specific topics or agenda items for discussion. This lack of transparency prevents parents from knowing what will be decided and preparing to speak on issues that affect their children.
Recommended Action Plan

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link for contact info): ‘The public cannot provide meaningful input at the September 30th Special Meeting without a published agenda. Please release a detailed list of all topics the Board and Superintendent will discuss at their quarterly meeting at least 72 hours in advance.’
