The Board is holding a special meeting to discuss ‘litigation or potential litigation’ behind closed doors in an executive session. The agenda explicitly states that no public comment will be heard, shutting parents out of any discussion about legal battles that could be funded by their tax dollars and directly impact their children’s education.

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: The Board is meeting in secret to discuss a lawsuit. What are they hiding? Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link) and email the Board of Directors: ‘What is the subject of the litigation being discussed in the September 29th executive session? As taxpayers, we have a right to know what legal battles the district is fighting with our money.’
