Board Holds Secret Meeting on ‘Imminent Court Action’

The Board is holding a special 9:00 AM weekday meeting, when most parents are at work, to go into a closed-door ‘Executive Session’ with lawyers about ‘imminent court action.’ Parents are being kept in the dark about a legal dispute that could directly impact students, district finances, and parental rights.
Recommended Action Plan

Call Board President Doug Brown at (330) 477-8121 and ask: ‘What is the subject of the ‘imminent court action’ discussed in the October 2nd Executive Session under item B.1? As taxpayers and parents, we have a right to know what legal disputes the district is involved in.’
