MONITOR (LEVEL 5)
Mandatory Staff ‘Compliance’ Training
📅 September 28, 2026
The district is renewing its $756 subscription to the Global Compliance Network for mandatory online staff training. While some training is required by law, these ‘unlimited’ packages can be a backdoor for introducing controversial concepts like implicit bias or gender ideology to teachers under the guise of ‘HR compliance’.
Recommended Action Plan

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: Email the Executive Council (contact info on the district website) before the vote on Item 3.G. Ask: ‘Please provide a complete list of the specific training modules included in the Global Compliance Network’s ‘Unlimited Package’. Parents have a right to know what ideological frameworks our teachers are being trained in.’

💰 Impact: $756.00
ALERT (LEVEL 4)

📅 September 28, 2026

Recommended Action Plan

INVESTIGATE: Open the file attached to Item 2.B in the Official Agenda (linked above) to confirm whether it contains sensitive data-sharing agreements or other policy changes.

💰 Impact: Undisclosed

Major Win (LEVEL 7)
Streamlining College Credit for Career & Tech Students
📅 September 28, 2026
The district is renewing an agreement with Bucks County Community College that allows students in career and technical programs to earn college credits for their high school work. This saves families time and money and puts a strong focus on valuable, real-world skills.
How to Lock It In

AMPLIFY THIS WIN: Email the Executive Council to thank them for supporting Item 3.C. This partnership strengthens career pathways and respects families’ investment in their children’s education, and it should be used as a model for other districts.
