The official job description includes responsibility for “home visits,” “health/wellness initiatives,” and a commitment to “equity,” creating an infrastructure for student surveillance and intervention that could bypass parental authority.

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link) and ask the Board: ‘Regarding Item VIII.C.2, what specific non-academic data will the Director of Student Services collect through MTSS? Under what specific circumstances are “home visits” authorized, and what is the parental consent and opt-out process for them?’
