District ‘Belonging’ Goal May Hide DEI Agenda
📅 September 29, 2026
The Counseling department is presenting an ‘Update on the District Goal of Belonging.’ While sounding positive, ‘belonging’ is a common euphemism for controversial Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives that can introduce gender ideology and other divisive concepts into the school environment.
Recommended Action Plan

ATTEND & RECORD: This is a School Health Advisory Council (SHAC) meeting, where sensitive policies often start. Attend this meeting to find out exactly what the ‘Goal of Belonging’ entails. Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link) to confirm the public’s right to attend and speak: ‘What specific policies and curriculum changes are being proposed under the ‘Goal of Belonging’?’
