The Board’s only scheduled public action is to immediately vote to go into a private “Executive Closed Session.” The agenda provides no topic or legal justification for this secret meeting, preventing parents and the public from knowing what is being discussed behind closed doors.
Recommended Action Plan

Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link) and email the Board of Education. Demand that the Board state the specific legal justification for Item 1, the ‘Executive Closed Session,’ on the record before the vote is taken. ‘Transparency is not optional. The public has a right to know why the Board is meeting in secret.’
