⚠️ NEEDS REVIEW (LEVEL 6)
Board to Vote on Undisclosed Personnel Hires
📅 July 8, 2026
The Board is scheduled to approve an unknown number of new hires under a vague agenda item, "employment of personnel as provided." No list of names, positions, or salaries has been made public. This prevents parents from knowing who is being placed in charge of their children's education before they are approved.
Recommended Action Plan
DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: Email Superintendent Kevin O'Shea at koshea@otsegoknights.org and call Board President Brad Anderson at (419) 823-4381. Demand: 'The full list of personnel and their positions for Item 6A must be released to the public immediately. Parents will not accept a blank check for district hiring.'
