The board is introducing ‘Issue 122,’ a set of policy updates from the ‘Press Plus’ service, for a first reading. These boilerplate updates often contain state-mandated language that can quietly introduce policies that strip parental rights regarding gender identity, curriculum, or medical issues.

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: The text for ‘Issue 122’ is not public. Email the Board of Education (contact info on district website): ‘We demand the full text of the proposed policy changes in Press Plus Issue 122 under Item 6.1 be made public immediately. We will not accept secret policy changes affecting our children.’
