⚠️ NEEDS REVIEW (LEVEL 7)
Secret Policy Changes Hidden Behind Codes
📅 Policy Committee Meeting June 30, 2026
The Policy Committee is reviewing six policies identified only by codes like 'JED' and 'JHCD.' Without descriptions, parents have no idea if these changes affect student health, curriculum, or parental rights. This tactic discourages public scrutiny of potentially controversial updates before they are finalized.
Recommended Action Plan
INVESTIGATE & DEMAND CLARITY: Call Board President Latoya Dowdell-Burger at (614) 492-2520. Ask: 'What do policies DJH, JED, JEDA, JHCD, and EEAA cover? I demand plain-English summaries be provided to the public before the committee discusses any changes.'
