Annual ‘Board Goals’ Discussion Could Inject Ideology
📅 2026-08-25
The board is holding a work session to set its goals for the upcoming year. This is a critical meeting where vague terms like ‘equity’ or ‘whole child’ can be embedded into district strategy, shaping policy and curriculum for the entire year.
Recommended Action Plan

ATTEND & INFLUENCE: This ‘work study’ is where the real agenda is set. Attend the meeting (in person or via Zoom) to ensure the goals remain focused on academics. Contact the School Board (see the Official Agenda link for contact info): ‘Please ensure the 2026-27 Board Goals prioritize academic excellence and parental rights, not social agendas.’
