Board Moves Strategic ‘Retreat’ Behind Closed Doors
📅 2026-08-25
The Board is immediately adjourning its public meeting to hold a private “Executive Session” for a “Board Retreat.” This prevents parents and the public from observing potentially critical discussions about district strategy, training, or future policies.
Recommended Action Plan

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link): ‘Why is the Board Retreat being held in a private Executive Session? The public has a right to know what strategic direction and training the Board is receiving. All non-confidential matters should be discussed in public.’
