⚠️ NEEDS REVIEW (LEVEL 7)

Vague Agenda Hides Policy Discussions

📅 August 24, 2026

The agenda for the Policy Committee meeting lists only a generic “Discussion” item with no specific topics or attached documents. This prevents parents from knowing what policies are being created or changed, effectively shutting them out of the process until it’s too late.

Recommended Action Plan

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link for contact info) and email the Board of Education. ‘The agenda for the August 24th Policy Committee meeting is unacceptably vague. What specific policies are on the table for discussion? Parents have a right to know what is being debated before it becomes a formal proposal.’
