Recommended Action Plan

INVESTIGATE: Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link): ‘Please provide the public with the School Continuous Improvement Plans mentioned in agenda item VI.B before the board discusses them. Parents have a right to review these documents.’

Secret Criteria for Superintendent Evaluation
📅 August 24, 2026
A board committee is discussing the process for evaluating the superintendent, with no public documents provided. The criteria used in this evaluation will dictate the district’s priorities and could be used to force a focus on DEI or other political agendas over academic performance.
Recommended Action Plan

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: Contact the School Board (see the Official Agenda link): ‘The public must be involved in setting the superintendent’s evaluation criteria. We demand that any proposed evaluation rubric be presented publicly for review and comment before adoption.’
