⚠️ NEEDS REVIEW (LEVEL 6)
District Claims “No Inequities Exist”
📅 August 19, 2026
A presentation on federal funding includes a slide titled “Equity Plan” which makes the blanket assertion that “No inequities exist in Morrisville School District.” This dismissive statement lacks any supporting data or audit information, potentially shutting down important conversations about student needs before they can even begin.
Recommended Action Plan

ASK FOR PROOF: Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link) and ask the Board: ‘Regarding the “Equity Plan” slide in the Title Funds presentation, what specific, publicly available audit or data was used to conclude that “no inequities exist” in our district? Parents deserve to see the evidence behind such a sweeping claim.’

💰 Taxpayer Impact: Dismissal of Parent Concerns
👀 MONITOR (LEVEL 5)
Teachers Request SEL and Mental Health Training
📅 August 19, 2026
A survey of teachers, presented as part of the federal funds review, identified a need for professional development in “Social emotional behavior and mental health for students and teachers.” This signals a push to bring Social Emotional Learning (SEL) ideology and resources into the classroom, often at the expense of academic time.
Recommended Action Plan

DEMAND ACADEMIC FOCUS: Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link) and tell the Board: ‘Regarding the teacher training requests, prioritize professional development that supports core academics like reading and math, not subjective social-emotional programming. Keep the focus on education, not therapy.’

💰 Taxpayer Impact: Academics Replaced by SEL
