⚠️ NEEDS REVIEW (LEVEL 6)
Vague ‘Work Session’ Hides Discussion Topics
📅 August 17, 2026
The agenda lists a ‘Work Session Discussion’ under item 3.1 with no specific topics, attachments, or details provided. This practice prevents parents from knowing what the board will be discussing, effectively shutting the public out of the process before it even begins.
Recommended Action Plan

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link for contact info): ‘The agenda for the August 17th Work Session is unacceptably vague. I demand a detailed list of all topics to be discussed under Item 3.1 be posted online 48 hours before the meeting, as is required for meaningful public participation.’
