👀 MONITOR (LEVEL 5)
Special Meeting Held Almost Entirely in Secret Session
📅 2026-08-18
The board is holding a “Special Meeting” where the only substantive action is to immediately go into a closed session, excluding the public. This procedural move prevents parents from having any visibility into the board’s business or decisions.
Recommended Action Plan

ASK QUESTIONS: Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link): ‘Why was a Special Meeting called only to go into a closed session? What is the general subject matter being discussed that requires this level of secrecy, and when will any resulting decisions be made public?’
