Heads up! Our parent watchdogs have scanned the upcoming agenda for Woodridge Local. We found 2 items that need your immediate attention before the vote.
🚨 HIGH CONCERN (LEVEL 8)
Secretive Agreement with ‘Education Revolution Association’
📅 August 18, 2026
The agenda references a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with an outside group called the ‘Education Revolution Association,’ but the actual document was not included in the public packet. This name strongly suggests a political or activist organization, and parents have a right to know what commitments the district is making on their behalf.
Recommended Action Plan

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: Email Superintendent Necole Ast at nast@woodridge.k12.oh.us: ‘The MOU with the Education Revolution Association must be made public for parent review immediately. We demand this item be tabled until the full text of the agreement is posted online and parents have had adequate time to review it.’

💰 Taxpayer Impact: Outside Activist Influence
👀 MONITOR (LEVEL 5)
‘Student Wellness’ Funds Could Hide SEL Programs
📅 August 18, 2026
The district’s financial report shows dedicated funding streams for ‘Student Wellness & Success’ and a ‘Wellness Committee.’ These vague ‘wellness’ initiatives are often used as Trojan horses to introduce Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and other psychological programming into schools without full parental consent or curriculum review.
Recommended Action Plan

ASK QUESTIONS: Email Superintendent Necole Ast at nast@woodridge.k12.oh.us: ‘Regarding the July Cash Summary Report, please provide a detailed breakdown of all planned expenditures for the “Student Wellness & Success” fund (001-918X) and the “Wellness Committee” (014-9920). Parents deserve to know exactly what these programs entail.’
