🚨 HIGH CONCERN (LEVEL 8)
Hiring Firm That Will Choose Next Superintendent
📅 August 17, 2026
The board is voting to hire an external firm to find the next superintendent. The firm chosen will control the entire candidate pool, potentially filtering for leaders who prioritize ideological agendas over academic achievement.
Recommended Action Plan

DEMAND A VOICE: The firm chosen to find our next superintendent will shape the district for years. Contact the Board (see the Official Agenda link for details) and speak at the meeting: ‘Parents must be involved in selecting the superintendent search firm. We demand a public presentation from the finalist firms and a commitment that the chosen firm will prioritize candidates with a proven record of academic excellence, not ideological agendas.’
