⚠️ NEEDS REVIEW (LEVEL 7)
Secretive ‘Board Retreat’ Lacks Public Agenda
📅 August 25, 2026
The Board is holding a ‘retreat’ with no details, agenda, or materials provided to the public. These special meetings are often where controversial strategic plans, equity initiatives, or governance changes are introduced by outside consultants with minimal transparency.
Recommended Action Plan

DEMAND TRANSPARENCY: Contact the District Office (see the Official Agenda link for contact info): ‘I demand the full agenda, list of all attendees and facilitators, and all materials for the August 25th Board Retreat be posted publicly immediately. Board business must be conducted in the open, not in secret planning sessions.’

💰 Taxpayer Impact: Lack of Transparency
